Access after a refund
If a refund is approved, access to the related VACROLA website plan may be removed. Questions about using VACROLA, account access, or a technical issue can also be sent to support@vacrola.com.
Apple purchases
This page applies to purchases made through the VACROLA website. Apple App Store purchases are billed and refunded through Apple and are separate from website plans.
